Banquet Menu

All Menus are served with freshly baked bread and bruschetta, Iced Tea, Sodas, coffee & tea
$45 per person 

1st Course: Choice of (2) Antipasti served family-style:

Antipasto Italiano – prosciutto, parmigiana Reggiano with roasted peppers & olives
Calamari Fritti – fried calamari rings with a side of tomato sauce and aioli
Melanzane Margherita – thin-sliced fried eggplant, with mozzarella cheese & fresh basil in a house red sauce
Peperoni Rossi – roasted red peppers & Italian hot peppers sautéed in a garlic white wine sauce

 2nd Course: Choice of (2) Insalata served family-style

Insalata Di Cesare – romaine lettuce dressed with classic Caesar dressing, topped with grated parmigiana cheese and croutons

Insalata Mista – mixed green salad with fresh onion, fresh chopped tomatoes, dressed with red wine vinaigrette reduction
OR
Insalata Rucola – arugula salad with pine nuts, shaved parmigiana, and cherry tomatoes, dressed with balsamic vinaigrette

Penne alla Grano – whole wheat penne pasta with asparagus spears, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil & garlic sauce

Pollo Pavarotti – sautéed chicken breast with artichoke hearts, kalamata olives & tomatoes in a white wine garlic lemon sauce
OR
Vitello Roma – veal medallions with wild mushrooms sautéed in oil & garlic with a touch of tomato sauce, fresh basil, roasted red peppers, and shitake mushrooms.
OR
Salmone alla Griglia – Grilled salmon with basil, asparagus & fresh tomatoes,with extra virgin olive oil & balsamic vinegar

Gnocchi Gorgonzola con Pollo – Potato based pasta, in a creamy gorgonzola sauce topped with grilled chicken breast
OR
Penne alla Vodka – Penne pasta with prosciutto, in a vodka cream sauce
OR
Pollo Parmigiana- chicken cutlet breaded with mozzarella & tomato sauce
OR
Vitello Saltimbocca – veal medallions with prosciutto, sage & mozzarella, served in a white wine & garlic sauce

*Includes seasonal Chef’s tasting selection of pastries served family-style *Cappuccino & Espresso is an upcharge

$55 per person (includes the $45 pp menu and in addition has these choices)

Scallops e Cannelloni – grilled sea scallops with sautéed cannellini beans and asparagus spears over baby arugula
Buffala e Funghi – fresh buffalo mozzarella, served with warm portabella mushrooms and fresh chopped tomatoes, dressed with balsamic vinegar
Carciofi D’oro – grilled artichokes topped with diced sautéed shrimp, shaved parmigiana cheese, and chopped arugula topped with a white truffle oil
Misto Funghi – A trio of mushrooms sautéed in oil and garlic with a touch of tomato sauce and parmigiana cheese

2nd Course: Choice of any (2) choices for family-style salad 

Estiva- spring mix lettuce, shitake mushrooms, roasted red peppers & asparagus spears, topped with warm goat cheese in a red wine vinaigrette
Mozzarella Caprese – fresh sliced tomato, sliced buffalo mozzarella with basil, dressed with extra virgin olive oil & balsamic vinaigrette reduction
Gorgonzola – mixed greens salad with fresh pears, walnuts, gorgonzola cheese, dressed with extra virgin olive oil and vinaigrette

 3rd Course:
Allow your guests to choose from (3) of the following options on the evening of your event – (1) Entrée served as an individual portion

Linguine Pescatore–linguine pasta with mussels, clams & shrimp in a garlic white wine sauce or spicy tomato sauce
OR
Capellini Amalfitana – angel hair pasta with cherry tomatoes, colossal lump crabmeat, fresh basil, in garlic & extra virgin olive oil
OR
Penne Bella – penne pasta with shrimp, scallops, and sundried tomatoes in a brandy tomato cream sauce
OR
Pollo Venterossa – chicken breast, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, & mozzarella in a shallot brandy tomato cream sauce
OR
Vitello D’oro – veal medallions with shrimp, lump crabmeat, cherry tomatoes in a sherry beurre blanc sauce
OR
Salmone alla Griglia – Grilled salmon served over sautéed spinach and sundried tomatoes in a creamy garlic white wine sauce

*A pasta course can be added for an additional price depending on your choice of pasta

*A la carte menu items that require additional preparation may be ordered in advance (such as Branzino, Langoustine, Oysters, etc.), but are subject to market price and will be considered an upcharge
